Subscriptions
LuBite is free to try for 3 days. Core features remain free; AI photo analysis, recipe suggestions, Apple Health integration and detailed statistics are part of the Premium subscription: Monthly 89 TRY or Yearly 899 TRY (equivalent local pricing applies in other regions), with an optional "Advanced Visual Analysis" add-on. Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Accounts
You can sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, and you may delete it at any time from within the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully or to disrupt or attempt to breach the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep the App available but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, where Lu Apps LLC is established.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
